1,2 Step fwd R, slightly turning body to L, Step fwd L crossing over R while still
turning body L (l/4 at this point)
3&4 Right Shuffle turning 1/4 L (RLR) This is your "Run Run Run" your total amount
of turn should now be 1/2 Left – or facing the 6: 00 wall
5&6 Left Shuffle in place (LRL) This can be an anchor or coaster step
REPEAT THE ABOVE 6 COUNTS (WEST COAST BASIC)
1,2 Cross R over L, Step L to L side,
3&4 Right Shuffle in place (RLR)
5,6 Cross L over R, Step R to R side,
7&8 Left Shuffle in place (LRL)
1,2 Stepping fwd on R foot, pop R knee out, while sliding L foot to back of R foot
with a straight leg, Weight on L while rolling body forward and up (camel walk)
3,4 Repeat
5&6 Right Shuffle in place (RLR) – Anchor Step
1,2 Step forward L & turn 1/2 right, Step in place R
3,4 Step L foot 1/4 to L, Continue turn stepping back on Right 1/4 turn L

Step L foot to L 1/4 turn L, (&) together R, Step L to L side
