Sect 4 VINE RIGHT, TOGETHER, PIGEON TOES, HEEL ROCKS
1-2 Step right to right side, step left behind right.
3-4 Step right to right side, step left bedside right.
5-6 Swing both heels apart, swing heels together

7 Rock back balancing on heels, swinging toes apart.
8 Recover forward with feet to floor, swinging toes together (weight onto left)
