1- 6 Full basic starting with left feet L.R.L. R.L.R. moving forward.
  WINDMILL TURNS. For hand movements see below
1.2.3 L.R.L. Turning 1/2 turn anti clockwise to face R.L.O.D.
4.5.6 R.L.R. Turning 1/2 turn anti clockwise to face L.O.D.
1.2.3 L.R.L. Turning 1/2 turn anti clockwise to face R.L.O.D.
4.5.& 6 Turn 1/4 turn on step 4 with right leg to face O.L.O.D. then L.R.L. to face sideways for beats 5 & 6.
(Triple step.)
  You have now changed your foot pattern. Your right leg is now number 1.
1.2.3 R.L.R. turning 3/4 turn clockwise to face L.O.D.
4.5.6 L.R.L. turning 1/2 turn clockwise to face R.L.O.D.
1.2.3 R.L.R. turning 1/2 turn clockwise to face L.O.D.
4.5.& 6 MAN walk forward on left foot, step 4, & then triple step R.L.R. On beats 5 & 6 whilst lady turns one full
turn clockwise,also triple stepping on beats 5 & 6.
  You have now changed your foot pattern back. Your left foot is now number 1
  Man Dance Behind Lady.
1-6 Full basic travelling forward. L.R.L. & R.L.R.
1.2.3 MAN step behind lady on beat 1, drop right hands to ladies waist and travel forward on beats 2.& 3..
4.5.6 Continue to travel forward
1.2.3 Continue to travel forward.
  Throw out.with opposing turns.
  It is important not to release hands whilst executing this move.
4.5.6 Man stay on the spot, keep hold of both hands whilst the lady steps forward on beat 4 and stays on the spot for beats 5 & 6.
1.2.3 MAN step forward beside lady with left foot at the same time turning clockwise bringing his right arm over theladies head & his own head to face l.L.O.D. The man has turned 3/4 of a turn clockwise
  LADY turn 1/4 turn anti clockwise to face l.L.O.D. behind man. You are now both facing l.L.O.D.with both arms stretched sidways
4.5.6 Man continue to turn clockwise for 1/4 turn going under his left arm, his left arm now goes over the ladies head withthe man finishing the move facing  L.O.D .
Lady continues to turn anti clockwise for 3/4 turn to face L.O.D.
  Now drop right hands
1.2.3 Man 3 steps on the spot, L.R.L. whilst lady does a complete turn anti clockwise to face L.O.D.
4.5.6 Both travel forward L.O.D.
  Windimill Turns Hand Movements
  Whilst turning clockwise or anti clockwise, raise and lower arms and change hands from front to back of body as necessary. Keep hand contact as long as possible and rejoin hands as soon as possible .
