Use any very slow West Coast Swing rhythm for teaching.

	LEFT STEP/HIP BUMPS, RIGHT STEP/HIP BUMPS X2
1 &2 	Left small step forward at 45° angle and bump hip left. Shift weight back to right
	and bump hip right, Shift weight to left and bump hip left
3&4 	Right small step forward at 45° angle and bump hip right, Shift weight back to left and
	bump hip left, Shift weight to right and bump hip right
7- 8 	REPEAT above 4 counts
	ROCK, RETURN, TRIPLE STEP/FULL TURN ROCK RETURNS, STEP, HOLD
1-2 	Left rock forward, Rock return weight to right
3&4 	Left step back into 1/2 turn left,. Right step forward into 1/4 turn left. Left step side into 1/4 turn left
(Note: 	on counts. 3 & 4 above, steps are done close together while keeping turn very tight)
&6 	Right rock step forward. Rock return weight to left, Right rock step back
&78 	Rock return weight to left, Right step (or stomp) next to left. Hold
	RIGHT-SAILOR SHUFFLE, LEFT SAILOR SHUFFLE. VINE, STEP, HOLD
1&2 	Left cross-step behind right, Right step ball of foot side right, Left step side left
3&4 	Right cross-step behind left, Left step ball of foot side left. Right step side right
5&6 	Left cross-step behind right; Right small step side right, Left cross-step in front of right
&7-8 	Right small step side right, Left step next to right. Hold
	TOE TOUCH, HEEL TAP, CROSS-TRIPLE, (KICK-BALL-CROSS) X2
1-2 	Right toe touch to left instep,. Right heel tap to left instep
3 &4 	Right cross-step over left; Left small step side left, Right small step side left
(Note: on counts. 3 & 4 above, feet are kept in crossed position)
5 &6 	Left kick forward; Left small step back. Right cross-step over left
7&8 	Left kick forward; Left small step back, Right cross-step over left
	TOE TOUCH, HEEL TAP, CROSS-TRIPLE (KICK-BALL-CROSS) X2
1-2 	Left toe touch to right instep; Left heel tap to right instep
3 &4 	Left cross-step over right; Right small step side right, Left small step side right
(Note: 	on counts. 3 & 4 above, feet are kept in crossed position)
5 &6 	Right kick forward; Right small step back, Left cross-step over right
7&8 	Right kick forward; Right small step back; Left cross-step over tight
	STEP. KICK, STEP, TOUCH, STEP 1/2 PIVOT, ROCK, RETURN, STOMP
1-2 	Right step forward; Left kick forward
3-4 	Left step back past right; Right toe touch back
5-6 	Right step forward, Pivot 1/2 turn left (ending weight left)
7&8 	Right rock small step forward, Rock return weight to left; Right stomp next to left
