	TOE, HEEL, CROSS TOE, HEEL, TOE, HEEL , CROSS, HOLD
1-2	Touch RIGHT toe to LEFT, knee pointing 45 left.Touch RIGHT heel slightly forward, knee pointing 45 right.
3-4	Cross RIGHT toe over LEFT, Touch RIGHT heel slightly forward.
5-6	Touch RIGHT toe to LEFT, knee pointing 45 left, Touch RIGHT heel slightly forward, knee pointing 45 right
7-8	Cross RIGHT over LEFT foot, stepping on it. Hold.

	TOE, HEEL, CROSS TOE, HEEL, TOE, HEEL, CROSS, HOLD
9-10	Touch LEFT toe next to RIGHT, knee pointing 45 right. Touch LEFT heel next to RIGHT, knee pointing 45 left.
