1-4 Step R to right, Step L behind R, Step R to right, Scuff L over R
5&6 Cross shuffle to the right L-R-L
7-8 Rock/step R to right, Rock weight to L
9&10 Making 1/2 turn right shuffle to the right side R-L-R (facing 6 o'clock)
11&12 Making 1/2 hinge-turn shuffle to the left side L-R-L (facing 12 o'clock)
13&14 Making 1/2 hinge-turn step R to right, Step L beside R
14 Making 1/4 turn right step fwd on R (now facing 9 o'clock)
15-16 Step fwd on L, Pivot 1/2 turn R transferring weight to R (facing 3 o'clock)
*Note… If you find the hinge shuffles too fast, just toe strut them instead
17-18 Rock/step fwd on L, Rock back on R
19&20 Step back on L, Step R beside L, Step L across R (coaster cross)
21-24 Step R to right, Step L behind R, Step R to right, Stomp L beside R
25-28 Step L to left, Step R beside L, Step fwd on L, Touch R beside L
&29,30 Step back on R, Touch L heel fwd, Hold
&31,32 Step fwd on L, Touch R beside L, Hold
TAG: On walls 3 and 9 there are 4 extra beats to take up at the end.
Just repeat counts &29-32 (heel jack) but leave the 'hold' out. Like this…..
&1 Step back on R, Touch L heel fwd
&2 Step fwd on L, Touch R beside L
&3 Step back on R, Touch L heel fwd
&4 Step fwd on L, Touch R beside L
This is an easy dance really, but the hinge turns make it a little more difficult,
hence the grading of Intermediate level. Without them the dance would be classified
as Late Beginner, so have a go won't you because just like all things, the hinge steps will
be no problem once you have mastered them…and from then on you will never have a
problem with them again. Get into it - life's short.
