	SKATES FORWARD, SHUFFLE FORWARD, ROCKING CHAIR
1-2 	Skate forward, Right, Skate Forward
3&4 	Left, shuffle fwd, RLR
5-8 	Rocking chair, fwd, L, back R, back L, fwd R.

	SKATES FORWARD, SHUFFLE FORWARD, ROCKING CHAIR
1-2 	Skate Forward, Left, Skate Forward Right
3&4 	Shuffle fwd, LRL
5-8* 	Rocking Chair, fwd R, back L, back R, fwd L.

	CROSS OVER, HOLD, UNWIND ½ LEFT
1-2 	Cross Right toe over left, hold,
3-4 	Unwind slowly over 2 counts ½ turn Left, weight on right.
5-6 	Rock L over Right. replace weight onto R
7&8 	Shuffle to Left

	ROCK BACK, SHUFFLE FORWARD, HIP SWAYS, LR LRL
1-2 	Rock back onto Right, rock forward onto Left
3&4 	Shuffle forward RLR.
5-6 	Sway hips L,R,
7&8 	Sway hips LRL

	Have a bit of fun with this dance by doing it in contra lines, and when doing the
	second lot of skates, touch hands with person opposite, and skate around a half turn,
	shuffle and rock, then continue the dance, you should all be in a single line at this point. ENJOY!!!
