Body Roll & Hip Bumps7,8 2 count body roll (head to foot) 1-4 Bump hips to R twice, Bump hips to L twice
Diagonal Step Slides5-8 Step R foot diag. fwd, Slide L next to R, Step R foot diag fwd, Slide L next to R, 1-4 Repeat with Left foot leading
Kick -Ball Touch Backs5&6 Kick R fwd, Step R next to L, Touch L toe back 7& Repeat with Left foot leading
3/4 Turn Left, Clap1-4 Kick R forward, Cross R over L and unwind turning 3/4 L, Clap Hands
Shoulder Pumps & Half Squats5 With weight on left foot step to R with R foot - plant feet firmly (feet should be approx. twice shoulder width apart) Bend knees slightly (1/2 squat) placing hands above knees on thighs (this move is done quickly - one beat) 6-7 Pump left shoulder (roll) up and left, Repeat with right shoulder 8-1 Straighten legs (up), 1/2 squat (down) 2 Straighten legs (up) pulling right foot in beside left
Body Roll3-4 Starting at head do a 2 count body roll
