1-4 Place heel of R in front of L (in a “T” position-R toes pointed left) (1), turn toes of both feet out (2);
bring heel of L in front of R (“T” position-L toes pointed right) (3), turn toes of both feet out (4)

1&2 Kick R forward, Step R foot home, Touch L foot out to side
