	TRAVELING HEEL GRINDS (Similar to Applejacks) 
1-4 	Place heel of R in front of L (in a “T” position-R toes pointed left) (1), turn toes of both feet out (2); 
	bring heel of L in front of R (“T” position-L toes pointed right) (3), turn toes of both feet out (4) 
5-8 	REPEAT Counts 1,2,3,4
 	KICK STEP TOUCH, KICK STEP TOUCH, 1/4 TURN, TOUCH, POINT, POINT 
1&2 	Kick R forward, Step R foot home, Touch L foot out to side 
3&4 	Kick L forward, Step L foot home, Touch R foot out to side 
5,6 	Kick R forward (5), turn 1/4 left on ball of L & touch R next to L (6) 
7&8 	Touch R out to side (7), Quickly step R next to L (&), Touch L out to side 
	SYNCOPATED WEAVE RIGHT, WALK HOLD, WALK, HOLD 
1&2 	Cross L behind R, Step R to side, Cross L in front of R 
&3&4 	Step R to side, Cross L behind R, Step R to side, Step L next to R 
5,6 	Step forward on R, Hold 
7,8 	Step forward on L, Hold 
	BIG STEP BACK, SIDE BODY ROLL, HIP BUMPS 
1,2 	Take long step back on R foot, Step L back (feet shoulder width apart) 
3,4 	Leading with shoulder, do side body roll left and end with weight on left 
	( you will roll side , and then sit into L hip) 
&5,&6 	Jump R hip right, Bump L hip left, Bump R hip right, Bump L hip left 
&7,&8 	REPEAT Counts &5, &6 (end with weight on L)
	 RIGHT SAILOR, LEFT SAILOR, WALK, WALK, STEP, BOUNCE HEELS INTO 1/4 TURN LEFT 
1&2 	Cross R behind L, Step L to side, Step R next to L 
3&4 	Cross L behind R, Step R to side, Step L next to R 
5,6 	Walk forward R, Walk forward L 
7&8 	Step R forward, Bounce both heels twice turning 1/8 with each bounce into 1/4 turn left 
	MASHED POTATOES, JAZZ JUMP FORWARD X 2 
&1 	Lift R foot slightly off floor and turn both toes in/heels out (&), 
	Step back onto R as you turn both toes out/heels in (1) 
&2 	Lift L foot slightly off floor and turn both toes in/heels out (&), 
	Step back onto L as you turn both toes out/heels in (2) 
&3 	Lift R foot slightly off floor and turn both toes in/heels out (&), 
	Step back onto R as you turn both toes out/heels in (3)
 &4 	Swivel both heels out & in (&,4) 
&5,6 	Jump forward slightly on R, Step L next to R (bending both knees slightly & then straightening them) 
&7,8 	REPEAT Counts &5,6 
	KICK & TOUCH TRAVELING FORWARD W/RIGHT FINGER SNAPS 
1&2 	Kick R forward, Step R next to L, Touch L toes behind R heel & snap fingers of R hand at hip level 
3&4 	Kick L forward, Step L next to R, Touch R toes behind L heel & snap fingers of R hand at hip level 
5&6 	REPEAT Counts 1&2 
7&8 	REPEAT Counts 3&4 - Looking Very Cool! 
	ROCK, TURN, STEP OUT OUT, SIDE BODY ROLL 
1,2 	Rock forward on R, Step L in place 
3,4 	Turning 1/2 to right, Step forward on R; Turning 1/2 to right, Step back on L 
5,6 	Step R foot out to right, Step L foot slightly side left 
7,8 	Leading with L shoulder, Roll body side left. Weight will end on L.
