Choreographers Note: This dance was created as a TRIBUTE" to the 'CHOREOGRAPHERS" and their creative & imaginative dance
patterns. These are 8 counts of their dances that I find exceptionally creative and fun to dance. Some patterns are
8 counts of the
riginal dance and some a partial patterns of the original, modified to flow from one move to the next Credits (origins)
are given before each set of eight!


	FORWARD, TOUCH, FORWARD, TOUCH - X2
1-4 	Right step forward; Left touch side left; Left step forward, Right touch side right
5-8 	Right step forward, Left touch side left, Left step forward, Right touch side right
	KICK KICK KICK-SCOOT-TOUCH, GRIND, GRIND, BACK TOGETHER FWD

1-2 	Flick-kick Right toe forward-left across left leg; Flick kick Right toe forward-right
3&4 	Flick-kick Right toe forward, Left scoot forward, Right toe touch forward
5-6 	Grind Right toe into floor, Grind Right toe into floor
7&8 	Right step back, Left step next to right, Right step forward
	FORWARD, 1/2 PIVOT, 1/2 PIVOT. 1/2 PIVOT

1-2 	Left step forward; Pivot 1/2 turn right (on balls of both feet)
3-4 	Pivot 1/2 turn left (on balls of both feet); Pivot 1/2 turn right (on balls of 'both feet)
5-8 	REPEAT above 4 counts (you’re facing starting wall)
	ROCK, ROCK, 1/4 TURN, HOLD,1/4 TURN, ROCK 1/4 TURN, HOLD

1-2 	Left rock-step side left. Right rock-step side right
3-4 	Left rock-step side left into 1/4 turn left, HOLD
5-6 	Right rock-step forward into 1/4 turn left, Left rock-step side left
7-8 	Right rock-step side Right into 1/4 turn right, HOLD
	KICK 1/4 TURN, CHA-CHA-CHA, KICK, 1/2 -TURN, CHA-CHA-CHA

1-2 	Left kick forward, Pivot 1/4 turn left on ball of right as you cross left over right knee
3&4 	Left step forward; Right close next to left, Left step forward
5-6 	Right kick forward, Pivot 1/2 turn right on ball of left as you cross right over left knee
7-8 	Right step forward, Left close next to right. Right step forward (your facing starting wall)
	SAILORS SHUFFLES (a.k.a Cross-Ball-Change) BACKWARDS

1&2 	Left cross-step behind right, Right step side right & back, Left step side left & back
3&4 	Right cross-step behind left, Left step side left & back, Right step side right & back
5&6 	Left cross-step behind right, Right step side light & back; Left step side left & back
7-8 	Right step next to left, Left step next to right (weight ends left)
	SIDE, CROSS. SIDE, BRUSH X2 j(w/ hands - brush. brush. Clap, snap

2 	Left cross-step behind right (brush side of legs as you sweep hands forward)

5 	Left step side left (brush side of legs as you sweep hands back);
6 	Right cross-step behind left (brush side of legs as you sweep hands forward)
7-8 	Left step side left & CLAP hands. Right brush forward & SNAP FINGERS

1-2 	Right step back, Left touch next to right
3-4 	Pivot 1/4 turn left (10. 00) on ball of right t keeping left toe on floor; Left kick forward
5-6 	Left step back diagonally right, Right touch next to left
7-8 	Pivot 3/4 turn right (3:00) on balls of both feet as you shift heels left (bending knees);
	Shift heels to centre (transfer weight to left)
