            	HIP BUMPS RIGHT, HIP BUMPS LEFT, DOUBLE ROCK AND TWIST
1&2     	Place Right forward bump hips Right, Hips centre, Bump hips Right, weight on to Right
3&4      	Place Left forward bump hips Left Hips centre, Bump hips Left weight on to Left.
5&        	Rock forward with Right, Replace weight back to Left.
6&        	Rock back with Right, Replace weight forward to Left
7&8      	Place R forward. With weight on balls of both feet. twist both heels to Right side Heel centre
 
            	BIG STEP BACK. DRAG-TOUCH. TURNING HEEL JACKS. SYNCOPATED JUMP, KNEE POP
1- 2      	Big step back with Right. Allowing Left to drag in. Touch ball of Left beside Right 
&3        	Turn 1/2 Right on ball of Right. step back onto Left. Touch Right heel forward
&4        	Step Right centred under body, Touch ball of Left beside Right.
&5        	Turn 1/2 R on ball of Right, Step back onto Left, Touch Right heel forward
&6        	Step Right centred under body, Touch ball of Left beside Right 
&7        	Step forward with Left, Step together with Right 
&8        	With weight on balls of both feet. both heels up. bending both knees. Lower heels. straighten legs 
 
          	  STEP RIGHT. HIP BUMP LEFT, STEP LEFT. HIP BUMP RIGHT. CHASSE RIGHT
1          	Step Right to Right (optional styling: lift both hands up just above shoulders
2          	Turning upper body slightly Left. touch Left to Left. bump hips to Left 
	(optional styling: snap/click both hands down as if pushing hips through hands).
3          	Step Left to Left (optional styling: lift both hands up just above shoulders
4          	Turning upper body slightly Right, touch Right to Right side. Bump hips to Right 
	(optional styling: snap/click both hands down as if pushing hips through hands).
5&        	Keep upper body angled to Right for counts 5 - 8: Step Right to Right side, Step together with Left
6&        	Step Right to Right, Step together with Left
7&        	Step Right to right side, Step together with Left
8          	Step Right to Right side.
[ Note: 	hip, rib, body movement is encouraged on the Chasse ]
 
            	STEP LEFT. TOUCH RIGHT. STEP RIGHT. TOUCH LEFT. PADDLE TURN 1 1/4 LEFT
1- 2      	Returning upper body to centre. Step Left to Left side, Touch ball of right beside Left
3- 4      	Step Right to Right side, Touch ball of Left beside Right
(Note: 	On the above 4 counts. try doing body roll / snake roll / knee rolls. etc.]
5          	Turn 1/4 Left, step forward onto Left
&6        	Rock back slightly to Right side on ball of Right, turning 1/3 Left, Step Left in place
&7        	Rock back slightly to Right side on ball of Right, turning 1/3 Left, Step Left in place
&8        	Rock back slightly to Right side on ball of Right, turning 1/3 Left, Step Left in place
 
	Optional arm styling: Raise bath hands up just above shoulder [level during the paddle turn.
	Variation For fun. Try doing a double paddle turn for a total o f2 1/4 turns. 
Note:   	You should now he facing the Left side wall to start again.
