  STOMP, KICK, CROSS, KICK, OUT, KICK, CROSS:
1 Right stomp-up next to left (no weight change)
& 2 Right kick forward (low kick); Right cross over left shin (bend knees)
& 3 Right kick forward (low kick & straighten legs); Kick Right heel out to right Side (bend knees)
& 4 Right kick forward (low kick & straighten legs); Right cross over left shin (bend knees)
   
  SIDE, TOGETHER, SIDE, HOLD & SLIDE, STOMP, STOMP
5&6 Right step side right,- Left close next to right,- Right step side right
7 HOLD right as you slide left next to right (keep weight on right)
& 8 Left stomp-down next to right, Right stomp-down next to left (weight ends on right)
   
  STOMP, KICK, CROSS, KICK, OUT, KICK, CROSS:
1 Left stomp-up next to right (no weight change)
& 2 Left kick forward (low kick); Left cross over right shin (bend knees)
& 3 Left kick forward (low kick & straighten legs); Kick Left heel out to left side (bend knees)
& 4 Left kick forward (low kick & straighten legs); Left cross over right Shin (bend knees)
   
  SIDE, TOGETHER, SIDE, HOLD & SLIDE, STOMP, STOMP:
5 & 6 Left step side left,- Right close next to left, Left step side left
7 HOLD left as you slide right next to left (keep weight on left)
& 8 Right stomp-down next to left,- Left stomp-down next to right (weight ends on left)
   
  RIGHT SHUFFLE FORWARD, 1/2 TURN, LEFT SHUFFLE FORWARD, 1/2 TURN:
1&2 Right step forward,- Left close next to right,, Right step forward
3 - 4 Left step forward,- Pivot 1/2 turn to right (transfer weight to forward right foot)
5&6 Left step forward,- Right close next to left,- Left step forward
7 - 8 Right step forward,- Pivot 1/2 turn to left (transfer weight to forward left foot)
   
  TOGETHER, OUT-OUT, TOES-HEELS-TOES IN, POINT & POINT, HEEL & TOE:
1&2 Right step next to left,- Left step side left,- Right step side right (feet shoulder distance apart)
(Bend knees for next pattern)
3&4 Toes in toward centre,, Heels in toward centre,, Toes in to centre
(straighten up, feet should end up together, toes facing forward on count 4)
5 & Right toes point-touch side right,- Right step next to left
6 & Left toes point-touch side left,- Left step next to right
7 & Right heel touch forward,, Right step next to left
8 Left toes touch back
   
  LIFT, TOUCH BACK, LIFT, & STEP:
1 -2 Lift left knee up and forward (aka. hitch); Left toe touch back (with low kicking motion)
3&4 Lift left knee up and forward,- Left step back,- Right step forward
   
  FORWARD, 1/2 TURN, FORWARD, 1/4 TURN & SWIVEL, SWIVEL
5 - 6 Left step forward,- Pivot 1/2 turn right transfer weight to forward right foot)
Left step forward (make this a small step to prepare for next count)
7-8 Pivot 1/4 turn right on balls of both feet and swivel heels left
Swivel heels right (back to centre, transfer weight to left )
