Raise left hands and Lower Right, Man passes Left hands over lady's head as she makes her full CW turn
10 Step Right in place, Step on Right beginning a full CW in place turn starting the walkaround behind man
11 Step Left in place Step on Left and continue full CW turn into walkaround
