| 1 | Both rock side his L, her R toward LOD shifting hips toward LOD |
| &2 | Quickly replace weight to his Right, her Left, touch his L, her R, beside weighted foot |
| 3 | Turning 1/8 to face LOD in promenade position, step forward with his L, her R, toward LOD |
| Note.. | Promenade position is like closed, with both partners looking toward LOD, upper bodies forming a V. |
| 4-5 | Step forward with his R, her L, step forward with his L, her R |
| 6 | Hitch inside knee his R, her L, with lifted foot beside knee |
| 7 | Turning to face partner, step side toward RLOD with his R, her L |
| 8 | Touch his L, her R beside weighted foot, you are now facing partner in closed position |

| 7&8 | Step back with his R, her L returning to closed position, touch his L her R, beside weighted foot |
