1 - 4  CROSS KICK & STEP, CROSS & UNWIND 1/2 TURN LEFT
1&2& Kick right  across left leg, step right  together, kick left  across right leg, step left  together
3 - 4  Cross right  over left & step, unwind 1/2 left with weight ending on right  ( clap optional )
5 - 8  LEFT SIDE SHUFFLE. RT. BACK & LEFT HEEL FORWARD, LT BACK & RT. CROSS OVER
1 & 2  Step left  to left side, step right  together, step left  forward
&3  Step right  back, touch left heel forward ( weight is on right  )
&4 Step left  back, cross right  over left and step ( weight is on right )
OPTIONAL STYLING - (&3 ) Pull right arm back bending right elbow at upper chest level & extend left arm forward 
( both hands make a fist ), ( &4 ) bring both arms in towards middle of chest hands still fisted
9 - 16  1/4 LT & SHUFFLE, RT. FORWARD, 1/2 LEFT PIVOT TURN, FORWARD RT., LT modified running man
1 & 2  Turn 1/4 left and step left  forward, step right  together, step left  forward
3 - 4 Step right  forward, pivot 1/2 turn left
5 - 6 Stomp right , stomp left  forward
& 7  Hitch right knee up and slide left  back, step right  slightly forward
& 8 Hitch Left knee up and slide right  back, step left  slightly forward
NOTE FOR THE TURN ON COUNT 1 - some dancers have difficulty with this turn, to make it easier, on the PREVIOUS 
count of 8, on count 8 when you cross right  over left TURN 1/4 left then, so that you will start this count of 8 already turned & ready to shuffle forward
17 - 24 RT. & LT CROSS ROCK & STEP TOGETHER, FEET APART & TOGETHER, RT. KICK BALL CHANGE
1 & 2 Cross right  over left & rock forward, recover weight on left , step right  together
3 & 4  Cross left  over right & rock forward, recover weight on right , step left  together
& 5 Moving slightly backward step right  to right side, step left  to left side
& 6  Step right  in, step left  together
7&8 Kick right  forward, step on ball of right , step left  together
Aerobic workout - Hi NRG option on counts &5 - &6: (5 - 6) jumping jack ; jump feet apart, jump feet together with weight ending on left , Most effective when dancing to the Jock jam
