Sect 1 'STREET WISE' RUNNING MAN STEPS
1& Jump feet diagonally apart, right forward, left back, Jump feet together hitching left knee
2& Jump feet diagonally apart left forward, right back. Jump feet together hitching right knee.
3& Jump feet diagonally apart, right forward, left back, Jump feet together (Both feet on floor)
4& Jump feet diagonally apart, right forward, left back, Jump feet together hitching left knee
5& Jump feet diagonally apart, left forward, right back. Jump feet together hitching right knee.
6& Jump feet diagonally apart, right forward, left back. Jump feet together hitching left knee
7& Jump feet diagonally apart, left forward, right back. Jump feet together (Both feet on floor)
8& Jump feet diagonally apart, left forward, right back, Jump feet together (Both feet on floor) weight on Left.
Sect 2 KICK & CHANGE, KICK, TOUCH BACK, 1/2 PIVOT RIGHT, BODY ROLL, TOUCH LEFT
9&10 Kick right forward. Step right beside left. Step left in place.
11-12 Kick right forward, Touch right toe back.
13 Pivot 1/2 turn right on balls of both feet.
14-15 Body roll up over 2 beats (bending from knees upwards)
16 Touch left beside right.
Sect 3 STEP, CROSS BEHIND. 1/4 TURN LEFT WITH HEEL TAPS
17-18 Step left to left side. Cross right behind left.
19&20 Step left 1/4 turn left. Jump forward on both feet twice.
21&22 Kick right forward. Step right beside left. Step left in place.
23 & 24 Push hips forward. Jump back
Sect 4 SNAKE ROLLS LEFT & RIGHT. STOMP. 1/4 TURN LEFT WITH HEEL TAPS
25-26 Snake roll to left. (Using your head as lead)
27-28 Snake rolls to right (Using your head as lead)
& 29-30 Step back on left. Stomp forward right. Turn head 1/4 turn left (Hold body position)
31&32 Tap both heel three times whilst making 1/4 turn to left.
Sect 5 HITCHES & SIDE STEPS RIGHT. POINT. SWEEP. FULL TURN RIGHT & ROCKS
33&34 Hitch right knee across left leg. Step right to right side. Slide left beside right taking weight.
35&36 Hitch right knee across left leg. Step right to right side. Slide left beside right taking weight.
37&38 Point right toe forward. Sweep right around to cross behind left.
39&40 Unwind full turn right. Step left beside right rocking hips left. Rock hips right
Sect 6 HITCHES & SIDE STEPS LEFT. POINT. SWEEP. FULL TURN LEFT & ROCKS
41&42 Hitch left knee across right leg. Step Left to left side. Slide right beside left taking weight.
43&44 Hitch left knee across right Leg. Step left to left side. Slide right beside left taking weight.
45&46 Point left toe forward. Sweep left around to cross behind right
47&48 Unwind a full turn left. Step right beside left rocking hips right Rock hips left.
Sect 7 Rocking chair. 1/4 TURN LEFT. HEEL TWISTS. PIGEON TOES MOVING TO THE LEFT
49&50& Rock forward on right. Rock back onto left. Rock back on right. Rock forward onto left.
51&52 Step right beside left twisting heels right to make 1/4 turn left, Twist heels to right.
Twist heels to centre
53-54 Swivel left toe and right heel to left. Swivel left heel and right toe to left
55& Swivel left toe and right heel to left. Swivel left heel and right toe to left.
56 S wivel left toe and right heel to left
Sect 8 SCISSOR JUMPS WITH 1/2 TURN, PADDLE 1/2TURN LEFT
57&58 Jump feet shoulder width apart. Jump feet together. Jump feet shoulder width apart.
& 59& Jump feet together making a 1/2 turn left. Jump feet shoulder width apart. Jump feet together.
60& Jump feet shoulder width apart. Jump feet together hitching right knee.
61& Point right toe to right side making 1/8th turn left. Hitch right knee.
62-64& Repeat steps 61 & a further 3 times 1999
