First 8 counts: Out-out, in-forward, CCW hip roll, heel twists, foot slaps, R & arms, body roll &1 Step L foot slightly out to left, step R foot slightly out to right &2 Step L foot home, touch R foot forward 3-4 Roll hips CCW &5 Twist R heel to right, twist R heel to left &6 Swing R foot out to right side and slap foot with R hand, swing R foot in front of L knee and slap foot with L hand &7 Step R foot to right pushing arms straight out in front with hands in fists (crossing R over L), pull arms in to sides &8 Body roll
Second 8 (9-16): Diagonal step-touches, squat, touch behind, step, stand & clap 1-2 Step R foot diagonally forward to right, touch L foot next to R foot and snap fingers 3-4 Step L foot diagonally forward to left, touch R foot next to L foot and snap fingers 5 Step R foot to right (feet shoulder width apart)in a half-squat position with hands on thighs 6 Keeping in squatted position and hands on thighs touch L toe crossed behind R foot 7 Step L foot to left (shoulder width apart) still in squatted position and hands on thighs 8 Stand up and clap hands
