1 Raise heel of RIGHT up and swing knee in front of Left knee
2 Step down on RIGHT while raising LEFT heel and swinging knee in front of Right knee
3 Step down on LEFT while raising RIGHT heel up and swinging knee in front of Left knee
4 Swing RIGHT knee in front of Left knee again
5-6 Step to the Right on RIGHT, Slide LEFT next to Right
7-8 On balls of feet, bounce heels on floor, Bounce heels on floor again

4 Slide LEFT next to Right (no weight), pulling arms toward body (as if pulling self forward along the ground)
5 Step forward on LEFT at a LEFT 45 degree angle reaching forward with palms down
6 Slide RIGHT next to LEFT, pulling arms toward body (as if pulling self forward)
7 Step forward on LEFT at a LEFT 45 degree angle reaching forward with palms down
