1 	Raise heel of RIGHT up and swing knee in front of Left knee
2 	Step down on RIGHT while raising LEFT heel and swinging knee in front of Right knee
3 	Step down on LEFT while raising RIGHT heel up and swinging knee in front of Left knee
4 	Swing RIGHT knee in front of Left knee again
5-6 	Step to the Right on RIGHT, Slide LEFT next to Right
7-8 	On balls of feet, bounce heels on floor, Bounce heels on floor again

1 	Raise LEFT heel and swing knee in front of Right knee

1 	Step forward on RIGHT at a Right 45 degree angle, reaching forward with palms down
2 	Slide LEFT next to Right, pulling arms toward body (as if pulling Self forward along the ground)
3 	Step forward on RIGHT at a Right 45 degree angle, reaching forward with palms down
4 	Slide LEFT next to Right (no weight), pulling arms toward body (as if pulling self forward along the ground)
5 	Step forward on LEFT at a LEFT 45 degree angle reaching forward with palms down
6 	Slide RIGHT next to LEFT, pulling arms toward body (as if pulling self forward)
7 	Step forward on LEFT at a LEFT 45 degree angle reaching forward with palms down
8 	Slide RIGHT next to LEFT pulling arms toward body (as if pulling self forward along the ground)
DIAGONAL STEPS WITH HIP PUSHES, DIAGONAL STEPS WITH HIP PUSHES WITH 1/4 TURN LEFT
1 	Step forward on RIGHT at a Right 45 degree angle and push hips to the Right Front
2 	Push hips to right front again

6 	Push hips to the left pivoting 1/8 turn to the left on the ball of the left
7 	Step forward slightly onto ball of RIGHT and push hips to right
